Question for the Coach: Hi coach, On a recent broadcast your we asked about keyword searches being localized. You asked the individual to put a question here on this site. However, I don't see it, so I'm asking. When you go to the keyword site, is there anyway to come up with "local" results. Basically area wide numbers, I'm in a town of 200,000...I find it hard to believe there were 87,000 searches for plumber in my area last month. Is there anyway to limit the area of a search? I believe this is what they wanted to know, and by the way...I'd like to know too. Thanks Jack

Question for the Coach: Alex: I hate to bother you with this but I have a major problem. I use a MacBook Pro running and until now have had no trouble viewing recorded Thursday night webinars. Mobile Training - I am able to play all of the Likes Mobile Product Training webinars “Mobile Webinar – 01-12-2012”, “Mobile Webinar – 01.16-.2012” and “Mobile Webinar – 01.23.2012” with no problem. NetCare Product Training Section - I can play all of the NetCare recorded webinars except “NetCare Webinar – 1.26.2012”; I am unable to play it. Sales Training Section - In addition, in Sales Training Section, I cannot play “Webinar – 01.30.2012 – How to Set an Appointment” There must have been something different that was done with these two webinar recordings, e.g., different software, different security code setting, different rev level, a different person doing the uploading using some combination of the former, etc. I have filed a support ticket and they said they were going to Apple to see if an additional CODEX is the problem. I already upgrade to a purchased Flip4Mac (Flip4Mac Pro) as opposed to the free version that I had been running. It didn’t fix the problem with these two webinar recordings. I have made the assumption that you might have insight into the problem. Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Lou
