Question for the Coach: On the Custom Mobile order form it says they've received a copy of the Terms and Conditions but one isn't included. I looked at the form for the mobile campaign and there is one attached to it, and I was thinking we just used that one, but Item #1 on that one says the client shall purchase the selected mobile campaign . . . . Do we use the same Terms and Conditions for both? I would assume if they purchase a custom mobile site they would also purchase the ad campaign to go along with it, but maybe not? We can cross out and initial Line 1 if they don't buy an ad campaign? Have I missed it somewhere? Is the order form the only thing they need to sign? NetCare also has a separate Terms and Conditions. Sorry, just want to have my ducks in a row.

Question for the Coach: Hi Alex, I know if a client buys multiple products there is only one set up fee. My question ~ is that only good if they buy the products at the same time? Say he buys a mobile site now and in 2 weeks or a month he wants to get NetCare. Is the fee still waived? Is there a time limit the products must be purchased by to take advantage of the set up fee waiver? Thanks for all you do.

Question for the Coach: Hi Coach, I know google has the adword search tool, but I must be missing something. I always come up with a gazillion local searches for a category...and it's simply not possible. How does one find out the searches done on a local basis...say about 30 miles? Does this make sense...lol...hope so. Jack

Question for the Coach: I need some help understanding the "Advantage System" payment options for clients. What does it mean by: $100 ongoing? Is this an additional fee on top of the monthly commitment AND why do all the figures look the same for each stage?
