Likes Mobile

Question for the Coach: I am trying to get up to speed on Likes Local.....in particular the Likes Mobile product. I am a little confused by looking at the order forms. Does a basic Likes Mobile campaign include a Custom Mobile site.....or is that $550 over and above basic campaign costs? The reason I ask is that on the "Bundled Pricing Sheet".....in the grid beside Likes Local Mobile Website, it says "$550 (One Time Charge for site without LikesLocal Mobile Product)", which sounds like it is included with the campaign. However, if it is included, do you still fill out the separate form with the site information details? If it is NOT included......what type of mobile site IS included?

Question for the Coach: Thank you Alex and Laura. That was very educational. Laura did an excellent job making the information understandable by putting things into bite size nuggets. Alex, feel better. I would like advice for the following situation: A B2B company is statewide. They have Advantage and like it. They are noticing that smartphones and iPADs are being used by their clients regularly. They'd like to come up on mobile searches. They are getting mobile website from us and we're adding a sensor on their site to trigger mobile search over to mobile site. And we're discussing mobile advertising also. Would you advice for mobile advertising? Set a radius around their HQ or prime geography? Ask it to be statewide? (Is that possible?) Or just not do the mobile advertising? Thank you. mobile vs desktop

Question for the Coach: I know that if a business has only a traditional desktop site and he is found using the correct keywords/search phrase...then his one and only site will be "presented" whether you're using a desktop or mobile device...but if he had BOTH a Mobile & a Desktop site....would I be "presented" the right one depending on if I was searching using a computer or a smartphone...? A prospect asked me How does Google know what I'm using to search with?

Multiple businesses at one address

Question for the Coach: I'm working with a pain management practice that shares offices with 2 plastic surgeons and a surgery center. 2 of the docs own the surgery center. They all have the same address, no suite numbers. They are all separate businesses. All the docs share a common lobby, the surgery center does have a separate door. I think I heard on a webcast that multiple businesses at one address lowers the ranking. How do I handle this? Should we assign suite numbers, even though all the docs use the same lobby? I am hoping to get all 4 businesses signed so am concerned about the common address.

redirection for mobile sites

Question for the Coach: When a customer purchases a website (not a FREE site) either a campaign or a custom website, do we arrange to have their website redirect to the mobile site. As I understand it we do not install a redirection for a free site, but we do with a paid site. Is that correct?
