Question for the Coach: What does a client need to do to respond to a review? Also, is the procedure different on different sites? Can a client make a response directly through his NetCare dashboard?

Question for the Coach: Previously, we had Netcare (original version) in Canada, but it turns out there were some differences in the service (e.g. reporting not as good as in the USA). I was on a conference call recently and there was a brief mention about Netcare in Canada but it sounded like there was no resolution. Is there some issue/problem with the new Netcare ?
